1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7ikot ("7ikot", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7ikot website, mobile web application, and all associated services.

Your continued use of the 7ikot platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 7ikot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

These Terms are written in English and, where translations are provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 7ikot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Misrepresentation of age during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the 7ikot platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 7ikot or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be under self-exclusion, cooling-off, or any other responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on the 7ikot platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 7ikot platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, household address, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your 7ikot account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information. 7ikot is not responsible for losses arising from account access issues caused by inaccurate registration data.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ikot login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. You must notify 7ikot immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 7ikot is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable regulations. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or UMID), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to provide KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3.5 Account Currency. All 7ikot accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits. 7ikot accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as published on the platform's payment information page. 7ikot does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are processed in accordance with your VIP tier — standard processing for Bronze and Silver players, with progressively faster processing for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP players. 7ikot reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, where technically feasible. 7ikot reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new or unrecognised payment destinations.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7ikot reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

4.5 Disputed Transactions. If you believe a transaction on your 7ikot account is erroneous, you must notify 7ikot support within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. 7ikot will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to report within this window may limit your ability to dispute the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers on the 7ikot platform are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded on the 7ikot platform are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting promotional offers through irregular wagering patterns, or colluding with other players to artificially fulfill wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and suspension or closure of the account.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation. 7ikot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time and at its sole discretion, including where 7ikot reasonably believes a promotion has been mis-claimed, exploited, or is being abused.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation. All slot games and electronic table games on the 7ikot platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently random and are not influenced by previous results, account balance, bet size, or any other external factor.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the result of the round will be determined by the game server logs. 7ikot is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects a game outcome, 7ikot reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. Wins arising from a clear malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 7ikot reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ikot platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 7ikot platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 7ikot platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing legitimate deposits made to your 7ikot account with your payment provider.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 7ikot staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

7ikot is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment for all Filipino players. As part of this commitment, 7ikot provides the following tools and resources, accessible from your account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of your net gaming activity during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 7ikot platform. Requests submitted via [email protected] are processed within 24 hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ikot platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game titles, software, text, layout, and code — is the intellectual property of 7ikot or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of platform content without the prior written consent of 7ikot is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ikot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10.2 7ikot does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.

10.3 In all cases, 7ikot's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

7ikot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if 7ikot reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The Player is or becomes ineligible to use the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 7ikot.

Upon termination for cause, 7ikot reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by the Player, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are encouraged to contact 7ikot's support team to seek an amicable resolution. 7ikot will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

13. Amendments to These Terms

7ikot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the 7ikot platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
